With our recent acquisition of the entire Jim Peifer Flock, came the very best females. Included were the top twenty four brood ewes along with the top sixteen yearling ewes. As you can see, this included numerous Louisville Champions and class winners, in addition to several Illinois and Iowa State fair Champions. As every winner is not highlighted, take a look at some of our females.

In addition to the Peifer ewes, we added an elite set of ewes from Ansel Luxford this spring. These females were our pick of the brood ewes as well as yearling ewes. We are extremely excited about these females as some are the mothers and families of his top producing families!
One of the most EXTREME ewes ever produced by Ansel. She is sired by "Cobra" Luxford 1265. Cobra was Ansel's yearling ram purchased by Heggemeier Sheep Co at Reno in 2007
One of my favorite yearling ewes at Ansel''s this sprng. She weaned an exciting pair of lambs this spring prior to coming to the Midwest. She is a daughter of Luxford 1278.
This brood ewe hails from the "Miss Wyoming" family. This ewe exemplifies the size and beauty of the Luxford females. She is a daughter of "RFD" Luxford 1230, our recent Luxford stud.
